Refund Processing

In general, All Best Papers handles all refund requests individually. Although we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if you already have received a written project, there are several situations in which a full refund can be granted immediately. You may request a full refund in the following circumstances:

When you pay twice for the same order or place and pay for two identical orders, please contact us with a note explaining the situation and we will refund the duplicate payment.

Upon placing the order, you have the right to cancel it. If you no longer require your assignment or change your mind for any reason, you may obtain a full refund within two hours. You must contact us within two hours of placing your order to obtain a full refund. If you decide to cancel your order after this period (after two hours), you will not receive a full refund if the writer has already begun the assignment.

No assignment is delivered or no writer has been assigned. All Best Papers  rarely faces such situations, and we deliver written assignments before the due date. However, if you do not receive your assignment or we are unable to provide you with a qualified writer for your assignment, we will notify you immediately and provide you with a full refund as soon as possible.

A written project done by our writer contains more than 10% plagiarized content. The 10% can be attributed to similarity in wording and references or citations, we will offer a free rewrite or a refund.

Refund are not Given when:

You have the right to ask for a free revision if you are not satisfied with the final draft; however, refunds are not granted for furnished products because of subjective evaluation criteria.

The grade you receive from your teacher is lower than you expected. The quality of a final draft is determined by the scope and depth of the instruction you provide as well as by your teacher’s subjective assessment of your assignment, so we are not responsible for the grade your teacher determines for you.

All customers we serve have the right to request a free revision within 48 hours of receiving their assignments.

It is your right to open a dispute with our administrator if you are not completely satisfied with the final product. It is our goal to exceed the expectations of all of our clients and will provide a solution to their concerns. Please contact us before filing a chargeback to arrange a dialogue. In the event of a chargeback, we will cease our collaboration with the client.
